As a nurse in the valley or as a case manager or in hospice, I watched many families struggle with placement, unaware - where to start? I enjoy working with families and the client listening to their history and knowing I can make a difference with their transition.
As with any job there are challenges...clients not ready to give up their independence...or downsize...or children who don't quite see eye to eye. It's important to respect our clients as individuals to listen and help them transition.
I enjoy traveling..riding my quad..theater...or just relaxing with family!
