HB2529 Signed by Governor Ducey!

It's a proud day today for us to know our hope for a more transparent industry has been realized with the passing and signing of HB 2529. It's been a journey this spring as this bill took shape after its content was introduced at first in the form of an amendment to another bill that was a threat to senior living referral and placement but this effort to establish the legal need for authentic disclosure for our operators was then redirected in the Senate to be a bill all by itself.

We have worked with Arizona Leading Age who brought the bill forth and we have supported their efforts to make this a reality. We are grateful to CEO Pam Koester and her Board at Leading Age for their work and leadership as well as for including us in the development and progression of this important piece of legislation. Our community will benefit from the passing of HB 2529.

Celebrating Arthritis Awareness Month
Arthritis is a condition wherein an individual experiences stiffness and pain in the joints. About 50 million of the American population suffers from this disease. This May, we are taking a stand to helping the community be informed through Arthritis Awareness Month. The Arthritis Foundation is leading the way to helping individuals suffering from arthritis through tools, resources and scientific researchers to help them live their best life.
