DHS Surge Line – 844-542-8201 – Central number for Senior Living providers for direction on triaging people. It was also suggested to call Maricopa County.
Jon Scott Williams with Fellowship Square Mesa provided the following information on obtaining COVID-19 test kits:
We tested every resident with the only approved CDC test which is up the nostril and make a right very disruptive but accurate. I am using CareToU headed by Gena Ziscke 480-330-5840. She came highly recommended by Matt Luger. I am very pleased with her ability to test large groups of people with very little drama. I highly recommend her. I know her business has picked up tremendously so I would call her ASAP because the conditions of testing change so often. (we tested right at 400 including staff and residents.) They accept whatever insurance will pay. If the employee does not have insurance they may charge a minimum fee.) Her company is directly linked to Abbott Labs and can also do the antibody tests. She also have a dermatology business that I am extremely interested in bringing on to my campus. It uses a radio frequency device that does not include cutting therefore, no wound and somehow the treatments boost the immune system. We are using the nasal swabs now but Gena recommends we move to the antibody test in a month or two to see if we have heard immunity building.
