About the Speaker:
Louise Tuchin is the VP of Strategic Development. Her role focuses on developing and managing alliances to foster sustainable business growth opportunities to meet and exceed financial goals. Louise will identify and lead the strategic direction of business development initiatives and provide support to the sales manager and sales team with staff training and development.
Louise has followed two different but related careers. Her background includes a master’s degree in social work from Adelphi University with experience as a clinical social worker in the treatment of adolescent substance abuse at Long Island Jewish North Shore University Hospital. Ms. Tuchin has also worked in the clinical research arena as the Director of Patient Recruitment for multiple pharmaceutical trials with Holliswood Hospital.
Louise has over 20 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, acute rehabilitation, staffing and home infusion with Astra Zeneca, HealthSouth, Intelistaff, Critical Care Systems and United Healthcare.
She has lead and trained sales teams as a successful regional sales manager. Louise has played an integral role in the growth of a startup home infusion company that has become a subsidiary of the largest single health carrier in the United States.
Louise has developed sales training and mentoring programs and is a DISC certified trainer. She has also been an education committee member for the National Home Infusion Association.
Louise is married and has a son and daughter. She is an avid workout enthusiast and enjoys many outdoor activities and travel. She loves to bake, cook and entertain with her husband, Doug and their Goldendoodle, Dolly, in their central Phoenix home.
