Stephanie Russell, RN, BSN, joined the Options for Senior Living Team in 2019. Stephanie is an expert in the coordination of care to home from skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. She has a great command of planning for care in the post- acute arena utilizing home health services (medical and non-medical), placement, and hospice services. She considers herself to be an educator as she works with families, patients and community partners.
Stephanie has worked as an Executive Director in the Phoenix Metro area for the last ten years with a focus on managing all care within the home, and placement to a higher level of care when necessary. Her specialties include ALS, Alzheimer’s and dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Cardiac, Pulmonary Disease, Dialysis, Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation, and Hospice. Stephanie also serves as the Director of Care Transitions for both a home health and home care company while providing guidance and placement services to Options families.
