Stay home. Stay safe.
Stay yourself.
Most families are pushed toward a move long before anyone assesses what is actually happening. We are a care navigation agency: we assess all five pillars of aging in place, in the home, and tell you what the evidence supports — staying home with the right supports, or a move.

The Five Pillars of Aging in Place
Aging in place is not one decision — it is five. The National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC®) built this framework to show why a plan has to address all of them. We assess every pillar before we recommend anything.
Housing
Whether the home itself can support changing mobility — bathrooms, stairs, lighting, entryways — and which modifications are worth it.
Health & Wellness
Medical conditions, medication management, cognitive and behavioral health, and the in-home clinical support available.
Finances
What care actually costs, what benefits may cover it, and how long the money lasts under each option.
Transportation
Driving safety, ride options, and reliable access to medical appointments, groceries, and daily life.
Social Interaction
Isolation risk, faith and community ties, and the routines that keep someone connected to the people they love.
Framework source
The Five Pillars framework is published by the National Aging in Place Council®.
A recommendation based on evidence,
not a sales quota.
Our certified team performs a structured assessment in the home or by video, across every pillar of aging in place. Sometimes the answer is supports at home. Sometimes it is a community. The assessment decides — not the first available vacancy.
Performed by CSA® and CPRS certified advisors
Under the Right Care Methodology™, led by founder Scott M. Fischer, BSN.
