President & Founder

Scott M. Fischer, BSN

Scott M. Fischer earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 1986. With 30+ years in healthcare and business, his career has been dedicated to senior care — particularly senior mental health, with a special emphasis on dementia.

He is the Past President and Co-founder of the Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists (PASRS), and co-founded the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA) in 2017. He created the only industry-specific national certification program in the nation for referral and placement specialists (CPRS).

His company, Options for Senior Living, was founded in 2003 and has served over 4,500 families across 23+ years. He is a featured contributor to the book 'Aging in Arizona,' was invited to join the Arizona Attorney General's Health Care Committee, and has spoken at the national conference of the National Guardians Association.

Stacey Fischer

Stacey Fischer, CDP, began her career in the senior living industry in 2009 and has dedicated over a decade of her life to enriching the lives of seniors and their families. Her compassion led her into hospice care, where she advanced to lead the intake department.

In 2015, she married Scott Fischer and joined Options for Senior Living as a Referral Specialist. She later served as Regional Sales Director at Surpass Senior Living, gaining deep insight into multi-state community operations.

Her greatest asset is creating meaningful, trusted relationships — and her passion is simply to help.

Leah Weber

Leah is filled to the brim with a calm, positive energy that immediately puts others at ease. She loves helping people and being an outlet for those in need. What she loves most about being a Family Advocate is that no two days are the same.
