How very special you were to me and Jim. You were so committed to place him in a loving environment which you did and you introduced me to very special people who cared for him from their heart. For that I am deeply grateful.

Jim went in style: quietly and wrapped in love. His Mass was beautiful and we had a church full of loving and caring people, friends and family. Keep in touch and God Bless!

I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the invaluable assistance you gave Dick & I in choosing a place for his mom to live. You were so patient with Dick’s reluctance to deal with the situation and you actually managed to help us get to the final solution in a pretty short amount of time! Thank you for making yourself available when our schedule was limited. I appreciate the way you spent time with us at the outset and then actually LISTENED to everything we said, then you put it all together to show us a varied selection of group homes to choose from. Your knowledge and your network of contacts is incredible and we never could have negotiated this on our own. But mostly, thank you for listening to me “dump” on you about my personal frustrations with Dick, his mom, and the whole situation. You are an awesome listener and that really shouldn’t have to be part of your job but I actually think our marriage will survive now because you guided us through this so patiently. Dick & I are meeting with Rebecca tonight to take her the deposit check and she wanted to go over some paperwork with us to get things rolling. Dick is telling his mom about the move in the next day or two and then we are taking her out to see the home and meet with them on Sunday afternoon. I know that mere “thanks” is not really enough to convey the gratitude I feel, but just know that you are performing an invaluable service to the community. Plus, you are just a really nice guy. Take care.

Mira Barbara Rossman and Kitsy Westphal

I can’t remember if I wrote earlier to thank you for taking my sister and me around to different Assisted Care places in May. We finally decided on the Inn at Amethyst, the memory care unit. She really loves it, enjoys the caregivers and the fact that everyone else makes sure that she gets her medication on time. She says the food is excellent, just eating too often…3 times a day. The only thing she doesn’t like is the fact that the outer door is locked and she can’t just go out by herself, but she is essentially resigned to that. so, it is a good match. We are celebrating her 94th birthday in a week, and she is happier than I have seen her for so many years. She is slowly making friends and is known as “the cutie” by the caregivers. Wow…that’s a change.

Tammy was so incredibly helpful to my family, not once but TWICE! In January we needed an immediate placement for my father and she came through for us without seeming to be phased by the situation.

Then in April we needed to find a more suitable home for Dad as the first was a temporary placement just to fix the situation. Tammy was again so patient and understanding of all of Dad’s needs. We were able to find a home in one day, moved Dad in within two weeks. Dad is now thriving and likes all his caretakers and the home.

I highly recommend Options for Senior Living, and if you are in the West Valley, work with Tammy!

Thanks very much for recommending to my brother and I to use Tammy Crutcher to help us find new living accommodations for my parents, Scott and Mady Grover.  Tammy worked hard to find us some great options that fit within our budget. We have found a great group home for them that we never would have found on our own, and got if for an affordable monthly rent.  Tammy is very knowledgeable of the options for senior living in the area and was a tremendous help in our search to find the best place for my aging parents.

Reflecting back on the last couple of months I realized I needed to give my heartfelt thanks to you for everything you did for my Mother and me. I came to Arizona to help celebrate my mother’s 97th birthday and realized in just a few days that she should not be living alone. Speaking with my mother on the phone every other day she showed that she was sharp and I had nothing to be concerned about. What I experienced in person was quite the opposite. Her vision was very poor and just a fall away from a nursing home. I did not know who or where to turn to and a neighbor gave me Scott’s phone number and without exaggeration he took over and gave YOU to guide and advise me. You became my rock and actually a friend I could lean on in my decision making. You went over and above for what I would expect from a counselor. You listened and guided me thru what seemed an endless amount of red tape and drove around showing me facilities in which my mother would feel comfortable living in and in the same location of her rental. You did your homework to give all the reviews and information on each place. All I had to do was call and you were on the case. I called you my “Earth Angel” because that’s what I felt like having you on my side. I could go on and on but the bottom line is I know I could not have found a place my mother was happy to go into if it weren’t for you. Just the idea of putting this seriously independent senior in a group home would have been unthinkable. But you spoke to her with such compassion and assured her she would be well taken care of and that you would check in with her occasionally to make sure all was well. Truly you are in the right line of work and it shows. I owe my peace of mind to you knowing my mother is in good hands. Again, a big THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and may God Bless you, Barb, and keep you safe.

Marcie found assisted living for her Mom with Options for Senior Living

This is not something we have had to do previously and needless to say we were clueless. Having your assistance, the checklists, the touching base emails and everything else was wonderful.
