“I recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda Mathews, one of your community Liaison Specialists. I found her to be extremely informative and helpful in helping my husband and I research Independent Living Care facilities. I was quite anxious and nervous ro do this, and she was so supportive and understanding as she arranged the tours of 4 different facilities and also came with on each tour.

She showed so much gentleness and compassion as I asked her LOTS of questions. She took a lot of time with us and was also very available to talk on the phone with me whenever I called her. She put absolutely no pressure on us to make any decision to move and served as a guide and support person.
