This is a very important proclamation the Governor makes during April. It is Healthcare decision month, encouraging people to take the time to declare their end-of-life wishes. A lot of work goes into this every year with the Attorney Generals office Healthcare and Safety Committee as well as the Task Force against senior abuse.
