Our newest member of the Options for Senior Living team, Ramie, brings a compassionate nature coupled with a dependable work ethic to the Options team. A fully Registered Respiratory Therapist, Ramie has worked clinically for over 11 years. Fiercely loyal and eager to make a lasting change, Ramie is keen to help our society’s most vulnerable.
What I Love Best About Being a Certified Placement Expert?
I believe my clinical knowledge paired with my experience in the senior industry gives me a unique perspective on senior placement. In all my years my goal has always been to provide the best care, education, and resources to those I serve. I am most excited to help as many people as I can. In my previous work experience, I have always gone above and beyond to find solutions for those I was caring for. With placement, I am excited to be able to work with families to find the best forever home for their loved ones. With my help, they will have peace of mind in knowing they have made their decision with care.
What Made Me Choose This Career Path?
I began my career in health care working in an after-hours clinic in high school. Fast forward to becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist, working bedside for over 11 years directly caring for patients. A supervisor role led me to switch gears working in a rehab hospital where I was first introduced to the senior community. I immediately felt drawn to helping this vulnerable population. Being able to connect them and their families to resources that would improve their quality of life has been the most rewarding in my experience so far.
I have met so many amazing people along the way, gaining knowledge in all aspects of this continuum of care. My journey led me to work alongside the wonderful placement experts at Options, and now I am part of the team! I look forward to helping as many families as I can by guiding them through this next phase in life. As seasons change, so do the resources available. I am excited to be there, helping them navigate through these changes. This process can be scary and confusing. I want to be the comforting hand and voice along the way.

How We Work
We help people through the maze of senior care that can be time-consuming and confusing. We will guide you through the entire process, discuss your needs, visit properties with you, and answer all your questions about costs and care options. We have an extensive follow-up policy with all our families. We make sure you are receiving excellent care and that the facility is meeting all of your expectations.

memory care facilities in the valley. They are all so very different and each has there own unique
qualities. Everyone’s loved ones situations are different and constantly changing. This is a difficult and overwhelming process. Ramie asked us what we were looking for & our top priorities as far as care
